Virtual Support Groups
EMPACT-SPC continues to facilitate Virtual SOS Support Groups, in addition to in-person groups. If you are interested in participating in a virtual support group, please complete the registration form below and email it to: Sandra.McNally@lafrontera-empact.org
Once your form has been reviewed, you will receive an email which will contain specific information about the days/times of the virtual support group and login information
